By car

From the A9 "Dei Laghi" motorway, take the exit for Como Sud or Como Nord depending on which direction you are arriving from, then follow signs for Como Centro-Bellagio.
Once you reach the Roman Walls, turn right and continue straight on past the level crossing in to Via Tommaso Grossi.
After approximately 7km of uphill road, you will enter the town of Brunate, continue past the post office and the cable car, following signs for San Maurizio-Faro Voltiano.
Once you pass the square in front of the church in Brunate, continue for a further 12 bends, then you will see San Maurizio square where there is a large car park opposite the church, in front of the hotel.

By plane

From Milan Malpensa Airport, take the Malpensa Express train to Saronno, from here take a local train for Como Lago.
There is also a shuttle bus available from the airport to Lake Como.
From Milan Linate Airport, take the bus to Cadorna F.N.M. station and then catch a train for Como Lago.
The cable car stop is approximately 400 metres from the Como Lago "Ferrovie Nord" line station (800 metres from the "Ferrovie dello Stato" station) and the bus terminal.
From here take the cable car to Brunate or the Brunate-San Maurizio-CAO shuttle bus from the cable car stop and alight at San Maurizio.

No cancellation penalties will be charged if notification is given at least 2 days prior to arrival.
In case of cancellations made after this date or no-shows, the first night will be charged to the credit card provided.
No advance payment required; this room will be paid for directly at the hotel.
