The B&B Ulive Grandi has 4 fully equipped private rooms available able to meet any needs our guests may have. Any unit can comfortably accommodate from 2-5 people.
A1 – Apartment measuring 65 square metres suitable for families and groups of 5-6 people with 3 entrances, a fully equipped kitchenette, 2 adjoining bedrooms (one with a bedroom and one with a private entrance to the courtyard) and an en suite bathroom.
A2 – Apartment measuring 40 square metres suitable for families or groups of 3 people, with an eat-in kitchen, a refrigerator, a table, chairs, a Leccese stone fireplace, a double bedroom (1 or 2 single beds can be added upon request), a wardrobe, air conditioning, colour television, access to the courtyard, and an en suite bathroom.
A3 – Room measuring 29 square metres for 3-4 people, with a window and mosquito net, a double bed (1 or 2 single beds can be added upon request), a table, chairs (also outdoors), a wardrobe, a refrigerator, a colour television, air conditioning, and an en suite bathroom.
A4 – Room measuring 26 square metres surrounded by beautiful plants, ideal for a couple (an additional bed can be added upon request), with a colour television, air conditioning, a minibar, an outdoor patio with tables and chairs, and an en suite bathroom.
The fee for an additional bed is 16 euros per day.

From the north:
Take the A14 Adriatica motorway to the Bari exit. Continue along the Bari - Lecce motorway heading south, and before reaching Lecce, turn onto the Tangenziale Est heading towards Maglie, then take the Martano exit.
By train
From the Lecce railway station, take the FSE bus directly to Martano. Alternatively, rental cars are recommended.
By plane
From the Brindisi – Casale airport, buses are available to the centre of Lecce, and from here, take the FSE train to Martano.
