The hotel has 42 rooms distributed over 3 floors; the single rooms have three-quarter beds whilst the double rooms have a lounge area with a table and armchairs.
All of the rooms have a hall, carpeting, a desk, a mini-bar, a colour TV and an en-suite bathroom with a shower cubicle or a bath with a shower door.
Some rooms feature a Wi-Fi Internet connection; laptop PC upon request and fee-based.

The restaurant, divided into two halves, can seat up to 60/70 people. A small private room that seats 12 people, ideal for business lunches and dinners, is also available.
A28 “Portogruaro – Pordenone” motorway, “Azzano Decimo” exit. Turn right at the first stop sign and continue for 2 km. until you reach the traffic light. Go straight on at the traffic light for about 300 metres and then turn right into Via Don Bosco.
By train
From Pordenone train station go to the ATAP bus stop, where a bus leaves for Azzano Decimo every 30/45 minutes.
By air
Main airports are:
- Friuli Venezia Giulia airport in Trieste - Ronchi dei Legionari (70 km);
- "Marco Polo" airport in Venice - Tessera (70 km);
- "San Giuseppe" airport in Treviso (55 km).
