The rooms and suites are located on the top two floors, whilst an annexe next to the main building houses the Bella Iseo restaurant and 6 double rooms.
A second annexe houses 3 double rooms.

The double rooms (9 of which are in the annexes) and the 4 Suites have been beautifully furnished to guarantee guests a comfortable, relaxing stay.
Nature takes care of the rest, treating guests to a great view of the lake and the surrounding mountains.
The rooms feature air-conditioning, a mini-bar, colour satellite television and an en-suite bathroom with a hairdryer.
Two disabled access rooms are available.
Guests requireing a third bed (where possible) must pay a supplement of €45 per person per day.

The hotel has an adjustable conference room which can accommodate up to 150 people, equipped with a colour television, a video recorder, an overhead projector with a screen, a flip chart, microphones, a big screen (3 x 3 metres), a video-projector for PCs and Macs and a phone line for the Internet.
A4 “Milano-Venezia” motorway, “Brescia Centre” exit; follow the signs to “Lago d’Iseo” taking the "Tangenziale Sud” ring road. Proceed for about 25 km, pass two tunnels and take the third tunnel turning right; follow the signs for “Valle Camonica - Sale Marsino”. The hotel is about 2 km. further on, on the left.
From Rovato
Follow the signs for Iseo. Do not drive into the town and proceed to Valle Camonica - Darfo Boario Terme; at the end of the tunnel, go straight on following signs for Iseo- Sale Marsino. The hotel is about 2 km further ahead, on the left.
By train
The nearest stations are Iseo, Rovato and Brescia.
By plane
The nearest airports are:
