The hotel has 66 fully soundproofed rooms divided into three types: 56 doubles (6 of which are equipped for the disabled), 8 Junior Suites with a separate lounge and 2 large Suites equipped with a second bathroom with a whirlpool bath and a walk-in wardrobe.
The large windows allow lots of natural light to enter the rooms; the warm parquet flooring and the oak furniture give the room an elegant and pleasant appearance.
The balconies overlook the most beautiful landscape offered by the lands of Franciacorta, a perfect place for quite and relaxing moments.

The chef of the “L’Alzavola” restaurant, Luigi Giudici, prepares dishes based on typical local products and delicious recipes using fresh-water fish such as whitefish, tench and perch. The meat dishes originating from Rovato and Sarnico are also excellent, as are the selection of wines from Franciacorta.
All of the food is homemade, from the fresh pasta to the confectionery and the bread. Franciacorta wine and gastronomy is a must for tourists.
The “Ai Nidrì” pub and restaurant is a typical country-style establishment resulting from the renovation of an old farmhouse next to the hotel.
It has two comfortable dining areas and a large veranda, which is used as a pleasant dining area during the summer.
Antonietta, the owner of the restaurant, manages the cooking personally giving particular attention to fresh-water fish dishes. The restaurant, subject to availability, can also be used for business dinners, meetings and ceremonies.
By car
A4 “Milano-Venezia” motorway, “Rovato” exit (12 km). Turn left immediately after the toll gate, then turn right at the roundabout towards “Corte Franca - Lago d’Iseo” and go straight on to Iseo. Turn left at the first roundabout, and then follow the signs for “Iseolago Hotel/Sassabanek”.
Alternatively, A4 “Milano- Venezia” motorway, “Palazzolo” exit (20 km). After the motorway exit, turn left and drive along the main road to Lake Iseo, Iseo and Sarnico. After passing Palazzolo and Capriolo, when you arrive at the Paratico roundabout, turn right towards Iseo and go straight on, taking the main road to Iseo on the left. At the first roundabout, follow the signs for “Iseolago Hotel/Sassabenek.
From “Ospitaletto” exit (30 km), take the orbital road to Valtrompia - Concesio. After about 10 km, take the exit on the right to “Iseo Valle Camonica”. Proceed on this road to the second tunnel and leave at Iseo. Turn left at the first roundabout following the signs for Rovato, at the second roundabout go straight on towards Rovato- Sarnico. Turn right at the third roundabout, following the signs for “Iseolago Hotel/Sassabanek.
By train
Iseo train station is about 1 km away from the hotel.
Rovato station is about 15 km away from the hotel, whilst Brescia station is about 30 km away.
By air
