Some rooms overlook Villa Bottini's gardens, whilst others overlook the medieval moat. The annexe is set in an old medieval church which houses the Superior rooms and the Suites.

The rooms feature a desk, air conditioning, heating, a minibar and a safe.

The Tower Suite is particularly worthy of note, with its ancient stone walls, located within Porta San Gervasio - part of the city's ancient walls.

The Suites have been constructed on two levels: the ground floor features the "day zone" with a bathroom and a hall area, and the "night zone" on the mezzanine where the bed is located, as well as a second bathroom and a walk in wardrobe.
