L'albergo è ottimo, il problema è che siamo stati alloggiati in un dipendenza, dove abbiamo trovato buone camere, rispondenti agli standard, ma senza la comodità di vivere l'albergo come normalmente ci si aspetta. Per fare colazione bisognava fare un tratto di strada pubblica, praticamente impossibile usufruire del bar, della comodità di una hall perché non facente parte della struttura dove alloggiati. Alle nostre lamentele hanno reagito male, offendendosi. Quindi, silenzio! Il personale si rivolgeva a noi dandoci del tu! Per quanto riguarda gli ottimi ristoranti facenti parte della stessa proprietà si evidenziava la pessima organizzazione del servizio che declassava conseguentemente l'ambente confortevole e la buona cucina.
