Also available for the clients are elegant Suites equipped with quality comforts and high level services.
- The “Alloro” Suite is organised on one level and has an ample living area with comfortable sofa bed, spacious terrace with splendid panoramic view, 1 double room, 1 single room, 1 en-suite bathroom with bath and 1 equipped with shower. The suite is equipped with air-conditioning.
- The “Gelsomino” Suite is organised on one level and has an ample living area, spacious terrace with splendid panoramic view, 2 rooms with double beds, en-suite bathroom with shower and is air-conditioned.
- The “Glicine” Suite is organised on one level and has an ample area with double bed, 2 single beds and comfortable sofas that create an enjoyable conversation corner and an en-suite bathroom with shower.
- The “Melograno” Suite is organised on 2 levels and has a living area with 2 sofa beds, a room with a double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and frescoed walls.
- The “Magnolia” Suite is organised on one level and has an ample living area, spacious and bright terrace, 2 double rooms, 1 single room, 2 bathrooms with showers and frescoed walls.

Description of Bar/Restaurant Facilities
Breakfast, with a base of Tuscan breads, coffee, tea, fruit juice, homemade cakes and marmalades, is served in the room of the villa that is adjacent to the garden during the winter season and on the terrace in the shade of the luxuriant, hundred-year old mimosa trees in the summertime.
Periodically, the owners organize cooking courses.
The Villa produces excellent quality wine and olive oil.
By car
From the A1 and A11 motorways, take the "Firenze Nord" exit, continue in the direction of "Firenze Centro - Porta al Prato," then in the direction of "Viali di Circonvallazione - Stadio" and finally in the direction of "Fortezza da Basso - Piazza della Libertà."
From the Piazza della Libertà, follow the indications for "Via Bolognese - SS65 della Futa."
Upon arriving on Via Bolognese, continue to street address no. 163.
By train
From the Railway Station of Santa Maria Novella, it is possible to take a taxi or one of the following buses: 25, 25-A, 25-B.
If travelling by bus, the stop for Villa Ulivi is "La Pietra," which is located on Via Bolognese.
Continue by foot for 100 metres, the gate to the Villa is located on the left side of Via Bolognese at no. 163.
By air
From the "Amerigo Vespucci" airport of Florence, it is possible to take a taxi to Villa Ulivi, or take the “Vola in Bus” shuttle directly to the Santa Maria Novella Railway Station.
