Abwertung (Zimmerreinigung) wegen Schimmel in der Dusche. Frühstücksbuffet typisch Italienisch, Werbung wird allerdings mit internationalem Flair gemacht. Letztendlich gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis in der Unterkunft, Preise für Getränke an der Bar leider viel zu teuer. Pool ist nur bis 19:00 benützbar, obwohl auf der Zimmertüre bis 22:00 steht; Poolbenützung bis 19:00 ist überhaupt nicht zweckmäßig, wenn man in Tagesausflügen die Umgebung erkundet und abends zurückkehrt schließt der Pool kleiner Frühstücksraum, Familie mit 4 Leuten kann nicht an einem Tisch sitzen Hotel insgesamt gepflegt, Personal freundlich, Frühstück ausreichend und gut. Ce sont des renseignements à donner sans que le client doive le demander. En repassant à l'accueil après s'être installés, elle était absente, nous avons sonné et elle nous a répondu de l'étage du dessous, comme quoi elle n'avait pas le temps. J'avoue avoir été traitée peu de fois de la sorte dans le milieu hôtellier !!! Dommage...
