Se chiedo due bicchieri in vetro da portare in camera e poi restituire non è possibile rispondere che è vietato, non siamo in caserma, si tratta di cortesia verso il cliente. Non mi sembra che il personale, o almeno quello presente, sia portato per questo tipo di lavoro, la cortesia è un'altra cosa, poi nulla da dire sull'educazione, sto parlando di atteggiamento cortese.
