I want to make a complaint, because tax rates were charged twice in this hotel. When I make check in, the receptionist charged me 4 euros of tourist taxesAnd when I checked out another receptionist turned to charge me again 4 euros of tourist taxes. During check out I told the receptionist that I had already paid the taxes. However, she does any to check my payment. I requested to her call your receptionist colleague and asked her for my first payment. But with a very aggressive attitude she refused to do this. They told me they would send me the money but three weeks later still have not received the money. So have registered a complaint in the turist office of Milan.
