Attention au nettoyage ! Il s'agissait d'une chambre handicapé. Toute la soirée nous avons trouvé des cafards dans la salle de bains ainsi que dans la chambre. De façon générale, la chambre était mal nettoyée surtout la salle de bains dans les coins, bords des fenêtres, moisissures. Je pense que cette chambre est peu utilisée, d'où la saleté. J'aime bien cet hôtel, par contre il faut vraiment faire un gros efforts pour les cafards.
The view out of the hotel room on the park is amasing.
Had difficulties to reach the hotel via the small gaites from the back side of the hotel yard in the night.
Nevertheless, we've been really impressed by the profeccional features of the hotel receptionist (Fabio). He was really good in managing our group questions, did provided a really high standard of service and advice as far as transfer, getting to local train station, station in Milano and possible connections to Zurich.
