Staff used to play cards until 2am making much noise, we had keep telling them to keep the noise down.

Bardzo Polecam Ten hotel. Nie ma nic wspólnego z hotelowymi sieciówkami i własnie to sprawia że czujesz w nim klimat Sycylii. Jesli jeszcze kiedyś odiwedzę Trapani to z pewnością wybiorę ten hotel.

La pulizia non era eccezionale ma le camere erano dotate di aria condizionata lavatrice e cucina. La posizione eccezionale, in pieno centro. Ottimo anche il servizio shuttle gratuito da e per l'aeroporto di Trapani. Consiglio vivamente!

Excellent location, very close to the beach & the sea. Stylish building, nicely decorated but slightly neglected. Faulty washing machine was not repaired, in spite of repeated promises. (This was very inconvenient; there are no laundrettes in the old part of Trapani.)

Greatest disappointment was the attitude of the staff. The chamber crew was okay, but at the reception desk worked grumpy characters (m/f). Not a hint of kindness, interest, helpfulness; even a smile for our 6 y.o. granddaughter was asked too much. Neither apologies, nor any offer to compensate for the faulty washing machine. Taxi transfer to airport, confirmed by Abita by mail in a personal communication, suddenly was ‘not available’.

We had great holidays at Trapani, but not thanks to Abita Appartamenti.

We knew that the journey to the hotel from airport was included in room price, but we didn't get one. Thought, we got transfer from hotel to the airport.

The room is in the basement and you cannot open the Windows it is right to the street . Could not change the air Very bad air in the room.

We would like to come back to Abita but stay in the first floor.

We were told there is no time limit for breakfast. Nice coffee and different types of tea. WiFi works only downstairs in the reception room. Nice staff.

La struttura si trova in pieno centro storico di Trapani, a 5 minuti dall'imbarco per i traghetti. A pochi passi si trovano anche negozi di alimentari e le fermate dei bus diretti all'aeroporto e alla funicolare per Erice. La camera che abbiamo trovato era spaziosa, pulita, confortevole.La colazione abbondante e lo staff è cortese. Lo consiglierei.

Il personale gentilissimo e molto disponibile e la situazione centrica sono il meglio.

L'appartamento é abbastanza comodo, correttamente dotato, peró non ben isolato acusticamente (c'era un bambino urlante in quello accanto ed era come averlo a mezzo metro!).

La colazione ha di stupendo la spremuta d'arance appena fatta, mentre il resto é piuttosto scadente.

J' ai réservé sur internet en raison de son emplacement et de son prix et franchement je suis très content, le personnel est très gentil et accueillant: nous y retournerons très certainement.
