Nous avions retenu une quadruple : 2 pièces pour 4 personnes, et avons eu une quadruple certes belle, mais juste une grande pièce.
le directeur, n'a pas souhaité faire le changement, alors que la réservation le notifiait. De plus les services proposés ne sont nullement à la hauteur d'un 4* : plateau de courtoisie, mouchoirs papiers : néant. Personnel : à peine courtois, sauf un.
Ménage : déplorable, avons du demandé que l'aspirateur soit repassé et serpillière passée dans salle de bains.
