Pensavamo di soggiornare nel palazzo del 400 descritto dal sito, invece abbiamo soggiornato senza preavviso nell'ala nuova, quella con arredi moderni.
La camera era piena di polvere già appena arrivati (addirittura il pavimento sporco in controluce), la tv non funzionava e il phon nemmeno (da me avvisati hanno confessato di saperlo già. E allora mi chiedo, perché non far trovare un nuovo phon sostitutivo già in camera?!).
Inoltre dopo la "pulizia" del primo giorno, hanno dimenticato la chiave fuori dalla porta della camera (con le nostre cose dentro), dicendo a noi l'indomani che l'avevamo lasciata lì! Siamo ripartiti alquanto perplessi e insoddisfatti rispetto alle promesse e alle aspettative.

Die Kirchenglocken mitten in der Nacht (Laeuten wie zu einem Sonntags-Hochamt waren "hoellisch" laut. Aber dafuer kann das Hotel ja nichts. Schoen war die zufaellige typische Hochzeit gleich bei unserer Ankunft in Stia - sehr nette Ueberraschung. Aber auch dafuer kann das Hotel nichts. Alles in Allem: wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft.

Il principale inconveniente è stato che la camera era situata a piano terra vicino la reception pertanto si sentiva il via vai degli ospiti dell'albergo e il continuo squillare del telefono del centralino.
