Gentilissimi e disponibili i proprietari.

Personnel agréable, mais le 3ème étage sans ascenseur! La galère quand on a plus de 60 ans! La chambre "single" avec un petit lit étroit était aussi un peu juste!

Tutto bene tranne non riferire agli ospiti quando sono cercati da parenti o amici, il che poteva essere anche una cosa urgente.

It is a very nice family run old fashioned hotel beautifully located. San Sepolcro's historic centre is quite small and this is just off the main street next to the rather splendid restaurant with which it shares its name. It was quiet, has a garage, but San Sepolcro, unlike lots of Italian towns, has good parking facilities outside what were its walls, and they are free although obviously well used. But one can usually find somewhere and the walk to the hotel is very short. I would go back. I suppose the only snag is there is no lift but as long as you are prepared to climb a few steps it really doesn't matter. I would go back tomorrow. I stayed there many years ago and wanted to go back, which is why I chose it.
