Hotel is in a very beautiful small old town, with panoramic views from some rooms, and is accessible by train. Staff is very friendly.

This hotel is at the upper end of a three hotel. Our bathroom was lovely with marble and a huge shower. The room was large by European standards, with fabulous views over the valley. We were given a locked garage 5mins walk from the hotel which gave easy access to and from Spello. The breakfast terrace was a highlight and we ate two nights in the hotel restaurant. Our waiter was a lovely guy and the ravioli with truffle delicious. The only initial problem was the lack of English spoken to communicate regarding the parking of our vehicle on arrival. Since my Italian is hopeless there was a bit of confusion and frustration. When leaving the hotel the elderly gentleman owner gave me some cherries he had picked that morning . I would definitely recommend this hotel. Karen Rodgers.
