Hélas pas de petit déjeuner, pas d'eau potable dans le réservoir, à l'entrée, pas de possibilité d'avoir un café.

Staff were amazing at this hotel. Nothing was a problem for them. I hurt my back while in Siena and they were so helpful, even helping me get my bag down stairs on departure. The location is fantastic. Right in the heart of the old town. The hotel was good value for money. The only 2 very small drawbacks to this hotel were no lift, (but its a beautiful historical building that they are not allowed to put a lift in, so small trade off) and the bathroom was quite small, but still had everything you need. All in all good value hotel for those on a budget.

Hôtel très bien situé, très propre et personel très accueillant. Un bémol: il est situé au 2ème étage sans ascenseur.

Attention pour vous garer, un conseil: garez vous en arrivant au parking du stadio ( payant de 8h à 20h-2€ de l'heure) et allez ensuite à l'hôtel à pied ( un peu de marche avec la valise....) et si vous êtes chanceux, vous trouverez une place gratuite aux abords de la forteresse ( il faut chercher un moment et faire attention aux panneaux indiquant les jours de nettoyage).

Room size was small and hotel is on 2nd floor with no lift. If lucky there is help to carry the bags up to your room.

Fantastic location in a lovely city.

The location and helpfulness of the staff could not have been better, plus the rooms are more than adequate. There was some noise in the room we had coming mostly from the central courtyard outside our window, but that is a small price to pay for having Siena, the campo and all the city's charms right outside the door.
