It was very noisy in the hotel. You could hear voices and talks of other visitors in other rooms very clearly. Also there was a lot of noise at night.
Another thing is the car rental. The hotel provides connection to a car rental agency, whose service is just horrible. The agency's staff ignores clients, during discussing the rental conditions and agreement turns to personal conversation between the staff members and phone calls, just absolutely ignoring clients. The cars for rent are very old. Moreover, they do not accept credit cards for the payment, only cash.
The hotel staff was polite and pleasant. It was a pleasure talking to them, especially to administration at the front desk.

Pour un hotel 4 étoiles, vraiment très décevant. Douche cassée avec des moisissures, draps trop courts, tv minuscule avec très peu de chaines qui la plupart du temps ne marchent pas...
Dans les couloirs, clim qui coule du plafond couvert de trous mal bouchés...
Pas de wifi dans les chambres.
Personnel pas très aimable.
Qualité du petit-déjeuner vraiment très médiocre : pas de fruits frais (en sirop) sauf bananes/prunes, que des biscuits en sachet, jus de fruits imbuvables et chauds (pas de jus d'orange pressé)...
La zone détente derrière la piscine n'était pas accessible.
Bref, très cher et pas du tout bon en rapport qualité/prix.
