A la llegada los empleados de recepción fueron muy poco amables. Somos una familia y al hacer la reserva de las dos habitaciones se reservaron a nombre de una misma persona, entonces se quejaron de muy malas maneras hablando entre ellos en italiano, diciendo que porqué el nombre de la reserva no se correspondía con los miembros de la habitación...todo esto lo comentaban delante nuestro en italiano sin saber que entendíamos perfectamente el idioma. En cambio al día siguiente por la mañana había una mujer muy atenta y simpática.
Otra cuestión a remarcar en este hotel es que en el desayuno aunque vayas dentro del horario establecido no reponen cuando se va acabando la comida, entiendo que si hay un horario, dentro de ese horario el hotel debe asegurar que haya todo tipo de alimentos ya que el cliente está pagando por ellos. Muy malo el servicio del restaurante bar, camarera muy desagradable.

La signora della reception era molto gentile e disponibile. Posizione comoda per gli spostamenti e il bagno della camera tripla è un sogno.
