The staff was corteous and efficient.
The room and the breakfast facility were clean...
But the facilities are not worth the money.
The price was outrageous for this facility.
The shower was literally 30 in x 30 in.
Blower does not work.
No remote for the 13 in TV.
The "couple" size bed were 2 twin beds pushed side by side and cover with a single sheet.
The access to main lobby is an alley which does not look safe at night.
Within 15 minutes walk from this location found another Hotel half the price, water front and 3 times more pleasant.

Rooms are barely adequate. Furniture very old. Internet for charge (5 euro/hour !). Breakfast minimum. Very expensive for what it provides.

If you can"t tear it down at least replace the mattresses. They are from pre WWII I think.

В сайте било написано что плата за прожываные не взымается до прыбитие в гостиници но почемуто за месяц ранше (27.07.11) сняли из карти полную суму заказа. после прыбития в гостиницу с той же с карти пришлос снять стоимость заказа (400 евро) предстовители гостиницы обяснили что та сума которая было снята месяц назад до прибития в гостиницу, будет возврашена, но пока еще не вернули ничего. просьба руководителям сайта содействовать возврашению сумми 400 евро которы пришлос заплатит два раза.

I will definitely stay in this Hotel given the chance to visit Venice.
The staff are very accommodating and the Hotel is very accessible to everything. Plus it is wheelchair accessible.

Nos dieron una habitación que no tenía baño privado, por lo tanto uno se encuentra que tiene que compartir baño que no lo limpian en todo el día, que tiene un secador de pelo que no funciona. El personal cero disposición para cambiarnos a una pieza con baño privado (pagando la diferencia de precio). Dijeron que "había que consultarle al gerente y al otro día nos respondían". Si bien tiene una excelente ubicación y una infraestructura que le permite entregar un buen servicio, esto no se cumple porque la limpieza y asistencia del personal son muy malas.

The reception staff was not happy about me bothering him for hot water.
Breakfast starts from 7:30 am, that was too late for me, as I had my flight at 9:30 am.
Hotel is too small.
