Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Situé à 25mn de Venise par le bus (arrêt à 50m). Retour possible jusqu'à 23h.
Les propriétaires sont charmants, les chambres impécables.
Je le conseille à tous ceux qui veulent visiter Venise sans se ruiner.

Un soggiorno molto piacevole, i gestori molto cordiali e disponibili, camera pulita. Comodo anche per il posto auto, e se proprio devo trovare una pecca, preferirei un meterasso più rigido. Ma tornerei molto volentieri!

Hôtes très accueillants et prévenants. Chambres et sdb propres et spacieuses. Petit déjeuner copieux (mention spéciale pour le service en terrasse). Mais attention c'est un peu compliqué de s'y rendre en bus depuis Mestre (plus facile depuis Venise) et un peu long (45min). Sinon je recommande.

Attention ! Chambre chez l'habitant et non hôtel !
Accueil très convivial, chambre agréable mais salle de bain un peu à l'écart (au fond d'un couloir). En bus 30 min pour aller à Venise (5€ l'aller retour par personne).

Nice and comfortable small family-owned bed and breakfast at a comfortable distance from Venice by car. We drove to Mestre train station where parking is much more reasonable than in Venice itself. Trains are fast and cheap.
Rooms were big, very clean and comfortable.
