The only down side to the comfort of the room was that we couldn't adjust the air-conditioning very well. The room was always a little bit too cold.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

This hotel is located right across the street from the airport. Good available shuttle to airport, which allows you to get to Venice easily. you cannot walk to a restaurant from hotel...once you arrive you are dependent upon the shuttle...but they make the shuttle very available.

Our morning wake-up call arrived about 20 minutes late. Luckily, we woke up ourselves. So, while staff was very good to us, something went wrong with this call.

Ottima assistenza con la struttura in questione, ho sbagliato la data della prenotazione, l' hotel mi è venuto incontro dandomi un voucher per un prossimo soggiorno.

The hotel should make clear how to get shuttle service from airport. In my opinion the info on getting to the hotel is too vague and the idea of walking there is a bad choice. The shuttle service makes it easy and quick, but how to get the hotel shuttle seems not clear.

Wir haben uns in diesem Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt, besonders die Rezeption ist sehr zu loben.

Für die mittelmässige Wertung bezüglich der Umgebung ist das Hotel nicht verantwortlich, es liegt nun mal nicht im Grünen sondern an einer Schnellstraße und in Flughafennähe. Aber auch das war für uns von Vorteil, da wir mit dem Flugzeug angereist sind.

Not being fluent in Italian and not knowing or being informed as to how much to place in the public phone at the airport we could not make use of the hotel pick up service. We asked several people at the airport for help to call the hotel but without success. We eventually had to hire a taxi to go the short distance to the hotel but at what we considered an inflated price.

This was a great hotel for an early morning flight departure, the location is close to the airport and the shuttle service was very efficient . We would stay here again and recommend it to others.

- There is a shuttle to the airport. It´s too close to take a taxi and not good to walk with bags because of the road.

- The staff put the luggage in the lift and asked us to go up stairs, we did not understand why.
