Al mio arrivo non ho trovato nessuno anche se avevo avvisato del mio ritardo!
Il citofono-telefono fuori dall'hotel (che dovrebbe dare assistenza) non funzionava!
La fortuna ha voluto che una persona molto gentile "il manutentore" , che era per caso di passaggio, mi ha risolto tutto gentilissimo!
