Complexe à touristes avec du personnel en sous-nombre. L'appartement proposé ne correspondait pas à notre réservation (il n'y avait pas la cuisine demandée, il a fallu "se battre" pour obtenir un autre appartement. Résultat: une demie-journée de perdue). Le site est sale: les poubelles ne sont ramassées que tous les 3 jours et s'entassent devant les appartement, attirant les chiens errants.
Le linge de maison n'est changé que tous les 2 jours. L'accès à la piscine ne peut se faire qu'avec un bonnet de bain. Bref, nous sommes très déçus.

Semplicemente un posto favoloso! E' incantevole e spero di poterci tornare presto! Un'atmosfera magica! Io ho alloggiato con il mio fidanzato in uno dei mini appartamenti del residence e ci siamo trovati benissimo. L'unica nota negativa del soggiorno è stata la scomodità del letto matrimoniale (composto da due lettini singoli) e purtroppo devo dire di aver trovato non poche ragnatele sotto il tavolo del soggiorno (che noi abbiamo utilizzato per mangiare dato che abbiamo sfruttato l'angolo cottura). Le critiche vogliono essere costruttive: si può sempre migliorare. Ma per il resto tutto assolutamente perfetto. Un'esperienza stupenda, un luogo di relax e divertimento adatto a tutti!

Most residents in the hotel obviously were on full board packages. This meant the only food available was buffets - the restaurant and wine cellar were not open once while we were there!
