Marco was very helpful and friendly. The bad thing was the transportation strike which spoilt our plans to visit the towns around Lake Como e.g. Bellagio. Luckily the location of hotel was good and we were able to have a good day around the area and the lake area. Hotel was also next to the bus station which we were not able to take because of the strike.
