Beim Frühstück war der Service hinsichtlich der Bestellung des Kaffee´s und der heißen Schokolade für unsere Tochter relativ schlecht (unorganisiert, hektisch, teilweise unfreudlich, lange Wartezeit..., insbesondere für die Schokolade, die letztlich sogar einmal ungenießbar war - schade). Dieser Umstand hat uns ein wenig gestört.
Darüber hinaus möchte ich mitteilen, dass das Zimmer ein sehr angenehmes Ambiente hatte und die Betten ausgezeichnet waren ! Darf ich noch anmerken, dass unser Bad ebenfalls sehr schön war, aber der Spritzschutz für die Dusche (in der Badewanne) möglicherweise um ein weiteres ausklappbares Element erweitert werden könnte. Ich habe Ihr Hotel bereits Bekannten weiterempfohlen und werde , sofern ich Venedig nochmals besuche, gerne wieder bei Ihnen wohnen.
