Wir hatten ein Hotelzimmer für 4 Personen bestellt. Es wurde ein Dreibettzimmer mit der Möglichkeit eines Zusatzbettes angeboten. Leider stellte sich beim Einchecken heraus, dass dieses Zimmer nur für drei Personen war. Die Nacht in diesem Hotel wird uns lange in Erinnerung bleiben - es war ziemlich unbequem. Der Hotelmitarbeiter hat ich zwar immer wieder entschuldigt, er hatte aber auch keine Lösung parat.

Alla partenza addetta alla fatturazione impreparata, oltre che lenta nel fare la fattura ha addebitato n.6 imposte soggiorno in presenza di 4 soggetti, poiché ha fatto n. 2 fatture 1 per ogni stanza, bastava una fattura singola dato che il destinatario era la stessa ditta. Unico neo in un contesto ottimale.
