Sono tutti maleducati, non parlano inglese ma solo dialetto napoletano! Mi sono trovato in situazioni veramente allucinanti. (come ad esempio mentre guardavo la TV, nella sala del bar nel frattempo arriva un tizio e mi cambia canale senza neanche chiedermi se ero d'accordo, allora io gli chiedo se era rispetto questo? e lui mi risponde che era il proprietario dell'hotel e non aveva il bisogno di chiedermelo!!). Per l'assistenza al personale sono vergognosi (persino strade sbagliate ci hanno scritto sulle mappe). Le stanze puzzano e nella camera tripla neanche ti ci puoi muovere.
