The staff at the reception was helpful but not very kind. So was the staff at the dining room. A "good morning" wouldn't kill anyone. The cleaning staff was so nice and helpful!

I loved everything about the hotel! The breakfast buffet was fantastic! It was easy to get to Venice for sightseeing because the bus stop was very close to the hotel. The staff was wonderful, very accommodating.They were so kind to help us with easy directions to get around the area for sightseeing. I forgot my European plug adaptor and was loaned one by the people at the desk so I could charge my phone and camera battery. It saved the day for me! The room was lovely and clean. They had a very reasonable shuttle to take us to our connection to get on a cruise, it was a great experience to stay at the Best Western Plus Quid Hotel Venice Airport. I felt it was reasonable when compared to other hotels in the area and I've already recommended it to a friend that will be in Venice next springtime.
