Non ho indicato ottimo alla voce comfort e servizi delle camere in quanto mi è stata assegnata una stanza dove vi era una puzza di fumo impressionante. (Il personale mi ha riassegnato un'altra stanza priva di alcuni accessori previsti: per esempio le ciabatte poi è stato richiesto un dentifricio e non sono stati in grado di trovarlo).
Comunque il personale è stato di una squisita gentilezza (il bar era chiuso ma il personale ha riaperto il bar e ci ha servito quanto richiesto con molta cortesia e gentilezza).
