Personnel accueillant. Petit déjeuner copieux. Chambre de caractère, bonne insonorisation, propre, quartier calme. Inconvénient: salle de bains trop étroite. Il est impossible de prendre une douche sans rien tremper. Il manque des portants pour les vêtements et les serviettes de bains. Vraiment trop petit, pas fonctionnel du tout. Dommage!

Accueil chaleureux, très disponible, chambre superbe (je vous conseille la 222), calme absolu la nuit, toutes les conditions sont réunies pour un excellent séjour. Les petits déjeuners sont très sucrés, mais ils sont identique dans d'autres hôtels italien. La liaison bus et à 300 m (attention de bien prendre celui qui est indiqué Venezia, et non celui marqué Mestre, eh oui, ça arrive encore!). Le parking est surveillé, vous pouvez laisser votre voiture sans soucis). Attention cependant, la clim ne fonctionne que la journée, (heureusement car elle est un peu bruyante), mais la ventilation naturelle est suffisante la nuit.

Les chambres sont trop petites alors que se sont des hôtel familiales et ou les chambres devaient être plus grandes, les lit pas confortable, et dans la première chambre il y avait des insectes et des toiles d’araignées sur les coins de la chambre. Pas de WIFI dans les chambres, il fallait aller à la réception. Le restaurant (dit petit déjeuné) était sommaire, il n'y avait rien de bon et pas beaucoup de choix.
