Secondo me non sembra un hotel quattro stelle. La pulizia, la moquette e le tende delle camere hanno bisogno di maggiore attenzione. Il bagno della mia stanza era senza aspiratore e finestra, con le piastrelle da risistemare. Comunque da non consigliare anche perché dalla carta di credito fornita per garanzia il prelievo è stato effettuato il giorno 19 febbraio e non il momento del soggiorno. Alla mia richiesta di spiegazioni tutto quello che hanno saputo dire che si è trattato di un errore, senza neanche scusarsi.

Lauwarme bis kalte Gerichte im Restaurant! Kleine Portionen, schlechte Erklärungen, zu teuer für keine Qualität!
Viel zu kleiner Shuttle-Bus bei Messeveranstaltung! Halbe Stunde Wartezeit - mussten uns aus diesem Grund ein Taxi bestellen. Absolut schlecht organisiert!
Auf unserer Reservierungsbestätigung stand nur Big Hotels - von außen kaum sichtbar - Doppelname Hotel Europa ist sehr verwirrend!
