La réservation a été faite en ligne via paiement par carte. Il était indiqué que la somme était directement transférée à l’hôtel lors de l'arrivée. Cependant, a l'arrivée on nous a indiqué qu'il fallait redonner les 60 euros en liquide. Cette pratique et ce manque d'information nous a beaucoup déplu. Nous ne savons toujours pas si la somme va être prélevée en double sur notre compte. Gros manque d'accompagnement des hôtesse pour trouver la chambre dans la ville. Il a fallu insister pour être accompagné. Petit déjeuner très limite.
