On the website, free parking was specified. There was no parking!

and also once the reservation was made, we were notified that there may be fees for a late check-in and that we should contact them to inform them of this late check-in. We had a very difficult time reaching Diego the person responsable to notifie him. he wasn't very helpful or friendly. Yes we were charged +20euros for the late arrival!

Es handelt sich bei der Unterkunft mehr um Zimmer mit deren Vermietung die Leute dort ihre Kasse aufbessern. Die Zimmer selbst sind gerade noch akzeptabel, aber das übrige insbesondere die Zuwegung (Hausflur und Treppenhaus) sind eine Zumutung. Schleppen sie mal als sechzigjähriger einen schweren Koffer drei Etagen hoch auf einer schmalen engen Treppe. Der Preis ist absolut ungerechtfertigt und absolut überhöht. Die Minibar bestand aus einem kleine leeren Kühlschrank. Mehrsprachiges Personal wurde nicht angetroffen. Wir selbst lernten nur einen jungen Mann kennen, der sehr bemüht war uns zu verstehen. Von den gezeigten Gemeinschaftsräumen auf der Website haben wir keine in der abgebildeten Form vorgefunden alles sah sehr wüst und voll gestellt aus (Wäscheständen und Kartons etc.)

Room was very basic and small. Pictures on white walls would brighten up the room. 3rd floor walk-up was unexpected, should be advised on the hotel website. Directions to the hotel are confusing. Had to rearrange furniture so that the one uncomfortable chair faced the TV set, a more comfortable easy chair is needed. In my opinion it is badly overpriced for what you get.

Hotel situé dans le centre historique est idéal pour la visite de Cagliari, un peu bruyant...impossibilité de dormir la fenêtre ouverte,

Impossibilité de garer une voiture à proximité.
