L'hotel non è al mio modo di vedere un vero 4 stelle (pochi servizi di camera, internet a pagamento, mancanza della possibilità di prepararsi un caffè in camera); il prezzo richiesto, considerando il fatto che si trova a Campobasso, non è adeguato. La moquette del corridoio era sporchissima.
