Douche pas étanche, propreté douteuse. Tapis de sortie de douche le premier jour et plus les autres jours !
Ascenseur en panne.
Aucun document renseignant sur les moyens de transport avec Rome.
Restaurant n' est pas ouvert tous les jours.
En résumé, trois etoiles très surfaites.

We missed our flight as we were late at the airport. Sounds almost impossible because of the location, but it's true! 3 different people showed us the nearest bus stop and the bus didn't arrive.

Buongiorno, mi hanno preparato la ricevuta fiscale e l'addebito della carta di credito prima del mio arrivo. Alla richiesta della fattura mi hanno detto che non era possibile averla perché avevo prenotato una camera senza possibilità di annullarla . Ci ho rimesso i soldi del soggiorno perché la mia ditta non rimborsa le ricevute fiscali. Questo è un pessimo servizio amministrativo. Il tè di notte si può fare solo con una macchinetta di pessima qualità. Ovviamente non tornerò più.
