We enjoyed very much our room at the Crowne Plaza Milan-Malpensa Airport the night of the 23 Sept. 06. The room was very modern and clean and we had a welcoming note and candy on our pillows when we checked in. The service was very good and we enjoyed our stay. However, when we returned to stay the night before we returned back home, 29 Sept. 06, the room we were given was not nearly as nice although we were paying the same amount. There was no candy on the pillow and the room did not seem to be as modern or as clean. We had to leave early the following morning to catch an early flight (as most flights are that are making connections to the US) and we were told at the desk when we checked in that there would not be any problem getting breakfast in the morning even though the dining room did not open until 6:00 a.m. which was when we had to leave to catch our flight. We got up extra early so that we would be able to have breakfast before we left for the airport and we were told that we would be unable to have breakfast because the dining room was closed even though the food was already out on the buffet and we could easily have helped ourselves. I do not think you should advertise that breakfast is included if it is not available by the time most travelers leaving on early flights have to leave the hotel for the airport. Thank you.

A questi livelli di prezzo vorrei trovare un frigobar fornitissimo e non vuoto.

Il prezzo mi sembra elevato (in più addebito di 13 Euro per la colazione).

La dotazione di articoli per igiene/bagno è un pò scarsa.
