Salle de bain en trés mauvais état moisissures sur le carrelage et le bac douche.
lampe ne fonctionnant pas , pomme de douche entartrée et jet insuffisant.
insonorisation phonique de chambre à chambre inexistante.
personnel trés accueillant et trés disponible très bon point de cet hotel a ce niveau

Le nombre d'étoile n'est pas justifié par rapport à la qualité des prestations.Il n'y a pas de vue panoramique pour la plupart des chambres car orientées sur la rue !!
De plus il est un peu excentré.

Frigo très sale. Vieille chambre pas du tout insonorisée (prévoir les boules quies) - mobilier et salle de bain datant des années 60. Petit déjeuner sommaire - l'hôtel cherche à faire des économies...alors qu'il gagnerait en clientèle en investissant dans une grande rénovation.

Hotel relativamente poco costoso per la sua posizione sul Lungo Arno.
Alto il rapporto qualità/prezzo, tuttavia il mibilio è vecchio, le stanze piccole, l'ambiente rumoroso (sia per i vecchi condizionatori che emettono ronzii tutta la notte sia per la vicinanza con la strada). Discreta la colazione ed il bar.
