Con prenotazione eseguita 3/4 giorni prima abbiamo dovuto aspettare le ore 15 del giorno prenotato d'arrivo per avere la stanza a disposizione. Ci era stato assicurato al momento della prenotazione telefonica che avremmo avuto a disposizione una stanza con bagno privato e idromassaggio,ma non fu così.Bensì venimmo sistemati in una (secondo loro.....)suite (?????) al di fuori dell'albergo in una palazzina adiacente privata con tanto di famiglie residenti come dirimpettai,con i rubinetti cigolanti,la televisione di dimensioni minuscole e per lo più mal funzionante,frigo bar spento e vuoto.Visto tutto ciò chiamammo in portineria per avere spiegazioni sul fatto,perlomeno,dell'assenza dell'idromassaggio in bagno che tra l'altro ci era stato confermato e assicurato 30 minuti prima,ma ci venne a quel punto risposto che nessun'altra stanza con idromassaggio era disponibile e dovevamo tenerci quella.A quel punto non ci rimase che accettare malavoglia quella misera sistemazione. Giudichiamo perciò l'hotel Demidoff e l'operato del suo personale in modo assolutamente negativo.

Breakfast service was very long. It took more than one hour to get tea our coffee. You have to collect our dishes and clean the tables. on friday there was no more bread and viennoiseries.
