33% of customers would book Residence Gardasee again
On check in we were asked for €100 cash deposit (which I wasn't expecting) even though we had fully paid for our accommodation. The money was fully refunded (after we requested it) when we checked out but it meant we had less cash to spend. Cigarette smoke and cooking smells from the apartment next door permeated through to our rooms. There were lists of rules printed everywhere - which was very offputting.

On m'a encaissé deux fois mon séjour et on a mis un certain temps pour me rembourser ça n'a pas été facile
