Ein sehr nettes neu renoviertes gästehaus/Hotel. wir waren eine gruppe von sechs personen und mit unserer unterkunft und dem service sehr sehr zufrieden.

Due coppie - pernottamento di 3 notti. Ottimo rapporto qualita'- prezzo. Camere spaziose, pulite, confortevoli. Bottigliette d'acqua a disposizione, phon e saponi/shampoo doccia. Abbiamo riscontrato esattamente quanto prececedentemente commentato da altri viaggiatori. Personale estremamente cortese e disponibile (abbiamo ricevutuo piu' informazioni e consigli utili qui che dall'info-point turistico della stazione termini .......). Stazione Termini raggiungibile a piedi (10 min. ca). Vicino alla struttura ci sono due fermate di autobus che ci hanno permesso di raggiungere i principali punti di interesse turistico senza problemi. La colazione con cappuccino e brioche si fa al bar accanto.

LA LOCALISATION EST ASSEZ MAL INDIQUE

Gestore estremamente cordiale, Un pò difficile da trovare poichè non esiste un insegna, l'ingresso è come quello di una semplicissima casa, ma il rapporto qualità prezzo è molto buono, pulizia delle camere e cordialità del gestore ottime.

Un pò scomoda la colazione, la quale è convenzionata con un bar ad un centinaio di metri dall'albergo.

Domus Termini is ideal place to stay if you want to visit Rome. Location is close to Termini - just 10 min walk, and a bus station is a couple of steps from the hotel. The rooms are at the ground floor of an old building in a quite nice location, (university camps area).The rooms are newly renovated and you will find everithing you need there. Everithing was working fine. Staff is great. Just mind the difference between piazzale Tiburtino and Tiburtina, otherwise you will lose some time finding the adress.

Il collegamento con l'autobus 71 non é pratico. Non é la soluzione migliore per andare all'albergo.

Absence du petit déjeuner en raison de travaux. Alternative proposée dans un bar tout à fait insuffisante.

Coté négatif :

L'hotel et les chambres sont confortables et bien aménagés (Bien que la TV était en panne), mais la façade de l'immeuble fait peur, pas d'enseigne et des graffitis partout.

Le petit déjeuner à prendre à environ 200m de l'hotel.

Coté positif :

Un hôte très disponible, aimable et de très bons conseils.

At first we thought the surroundings were bad, but then we found a couple of great restaurants and got to know the streets. We are very satisfied! And the owner is great, he is really helpful. Great!
