Dicono che il check-in è disponibile dalle 14 alle 22, ma negli orari di chiusura del ristorante (più o meno dalle 15 alle 17) non c'è nessuno in reception. Ho dovuto aspettare mezz'ora chiuso fuori dall'hotel con un bambino piccolo. All'atto del pagamento hanno detto che accettavano solo il bancomat e non la carta di credito, come invece dichiarato su internet.

The staff at the hotel were so attentive and welcoming - Vasco who knew all about wine choices, Mohamed who was so cheerful and patient with our attempts to speak Italian, and Samuel the wonderful chef who did not repeat a dish ( unless we asked for it).
we had a very good trip in Castione and are full of beautiful memories.
