Consultando internet sono stato attratto dalla storicità del hotel e dalla posizione in quanto lo scopo del mio soggiorno era la visita al museo Piana Delle Orme. Sono rimasto piacevolmente soddisfatto in quanto la descrizione fatta da Initalia corrisponde al vero. Il ristorante è raccomandabile sia per gli antipasti che per la cucina del territorio, con personale molto disponibile e cortese.
