E' assurdo che una camera suite di un hotel di quattro stelle non abbia una vasca da bagno. L'hotel dispone di posti auto limitati. La colazione è itinerante, una mattina si fa nell'albergo antistante, una mattina all'interno dello stesso. Per un disagio che ha colpito la città di Messina, non abbiamo potuto usufruire dell'acqua per un giorno intero, perchè i serbatoi non sono risultati sufficienti. A mio avviso non può considerarsi una quattro stelle.

A mio avviso esiste qualche lieve differenza tra la presentazione dell'hotel e la realtà. Non abbiamo frequentato il ristorante (preso d'assalto a pranzo da gente esterna). La mattina, durante la colazione, la sala dedicata è inondata dagli odori violentissimi di cucinato (compreso aglio e cipolla) sin dalle prime ore del mattino. E' veramente disgustoso. L'albergo è di buon livello, ma poi si perdono in queste inefficienze.
