I servizi (pagati) descritti nella nostra prenotazione prevedevano: idromassaggio, jacuzzi e piscina coperta. Purtroppo però non stati fruibili poiché risultavano a pagamento, abbiamo fatto presente che la nostra prenotazione prevedeva tali servizi inclusi nel prezzo ma ci hanno risposto "spiacenti ma sicuramente è stato un errore di dicitura sul nostro sito". Siamo rimasti davvero delusi dall'Hotel.

Kommt man von der Autobahn an einem Sonntag, ist es unmöglich das Hotel zu finden, weil die Innenstadt für Fußgäger freigegeben ist. Erst nachdem ein Polizist eine Sperrschranke wegräumte, konnten wir in die Hotelstr einbiegen.
Im Hotel hatten wir einen Sparpreis -5 Monate vorher gebucht -u. vielleicht deshalb ein älteres Zimmer bekommen...........
