1) In hotel on riuscivano a trovare la mia prenotazione.
2) All'ingresso c'è una porta girevole da spingere a mano (e non molto leggera) e se si arriva con una valigia per mano, non si sa come spingere questa porta girevole.
3) Sarò abituato allo standard dell'Alto Adige, ma qui un 3-Stelle offre più servizi e/o comfort del 4-Stelle di cui ho usufruito. Trovo quindi il rapporto prezzo/qualità non adeguato.

Booked this hotel because it appeared to have good rooms, gardens and a sizeable outdoor swimming pool.
The room was quite small but well appointed apart from the bathroom which turned out to be a very small showerroom. All quite dated and in need of modernisation.
The hotel breakfast is of good quality but identical each day and with limited choice.
The staff are very professional and very helpful.
The hotel is a considerable distance from Como and in an area with only one average quality bar/restaurant within comfortable walkable distance.
A car is necessary and I did not discover until paying the bill that guests are charged 9 euros per night to leave the car in the underground parking facility.
All in all a decent hotel albeit rather overpriced.
Lake Como region is glorious and well worth a visit.

Das Hotel war im grossen und ganzen gut, jedoch die Sicht von der zweiten Etage nicht besonders reizvoll! Besonders gut waren die Zimmer und der Aussenbereich mit dem Pool und Restaurant (Abendessen-Reservation hat zwar nicht geklappt).

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Besonders die Freundlichkeit an der Rezeption. Die Bedienung im Restaurant zur Frühstückszeit sollte etwas mehr das Lächeln lernen was doch sonst in Italien die Keller ausmacht. Besonders gut gelungen fanden wir, dass jetzt das Hotel einen perfekten Poolbereich hat.
