Camera consegnata con 3 ore di ritardo rispetto al previsto. 4 ore di attesa per avere il posacenere in camera. Piano bar terminato a mezzanotte e venti e se vuoi dormire la cosa non è simpatica. Camera confinante con altra senza alcuna insonorizzazione. Dalla porta scorrevole chiusa arrivava ogni piccolo rumore. Hanno preteso il pagamento di extra non previsti nella prenotazione e si sono perfino permessi di dire che non avevo ben letto la mail di conferma della prenotazione. A seguito della mia lamentela hanno fornito una versione dell'accaduto diversa dalla mia ad Initalia. Hanno provveduto a correggere sulla loro pagina il dettaglio delle spese extra a vantaggio delle prossime prenotazioni che certamente non saranno le mie. Esperienza negativa e antipatica.

Es ist ein sehr schönes Hotel, das an vergangenen Glanz erinnert.
Grosses Zimmer. Schöne Pool-Gartenanlage.
Inzwischen wären aber einige Rennovationen notwendig. Erst dann ist der Preis gerechtfertigt.
Das Personal ist zwar höflich, aber "kalt". Offenbar ist kein Scherzen und kein Lachen mit Gästen erlaubt.
