Am Sonntagmorgen fehlte Peronal für das Frühstückbuffet und es fehlte lange Zeit an vielem
äusserst positiv
Nach unserer Kreuzfahrt blieben uns 2-3 Stunden Zeit bis zur Abreise und die Reception bewahrte unsere Gepäckstücke auf,obwohl wir ja diese Nacht nicht mehr gebucht hatten.

Haartrockner in 309 unakzeptabel, Wellnessbereich stimmt nicht mit Beschreibung überein - manches nicht in Betrieb und nicht wie in der Beschreibung (keine Anleitung wie es funktioniert), beim Frühstück hätte ich mir mehr Aufmerksamkeit und Herzlichkeit vom Personal erwartet (es war "nur" korrekt), auch wenn man spät frühstückt - 10:30, bzw. längere Frühstückszeit wäre angenehm.

Non funzionavano momentaneamente alcuni servizi del centro benessere (bagno turco e sauna, per i quali, anche, lo avevo scelto) e il ristorante, ma il soggiorno è stato ugualmente piacevolissimo.
Posizione da favola. In particolare poi il personale è stato professionale e gentilissimo.
