80% of customers would book Best Western Grand Hotel Royal again
All the staff were friendly and helpful with the exception of a lady on reception with long dark hair, she appeared to be more senior than the others, to say she was rude would be an understatement, when she spoke to us it was like being interrogated, she does your hotel no favours.

Très bruyante les chambres individuelles que je ne connaissais pas mais il ferait bien de les supprimer. Petit déjeuner l'été à l'intérieur ce qui est très dommage pour choisir le positionnement, personnel de l'accueil disponible mais si peu souriant qu'on hésite a y avoir recours!

Beach use is limited to an area neither near the sea or restaurants (although not far) this is not ideal if you have children.
